Welcome to S.A.S Cervical Cancer Foundation!
SAS is dedicated to giving women the COURAGE to fight, the
STRENGTH to overcome and the LOVE to endure their journey
through cervical cancer. Please join us in raising awareness to
end cervical cancer in our lifetime.
As we enter our 2nd year of service for women we are joining
forces locally, nationally and world wide with other cervical cancer
organizations to save the lives of mothers, daughters, sisters and
friends around the world.

January 6th - The Pearl of Wisdom Campaign to Prevent Cervical Cancer lauches asking women to take the Pearl Pledge and protect themselves from this preventable disease. The goal is to have 4,070 pledges – the same number of women who were expected to die from cervical cancer in 2009.

January 7th - Interview on WBAY-TV2 with Kevin Rompa to discuss SAS Foundation and promote Cervical Cancer awareness month.
January 8th - Sting Cancer "Miracle Minute" at Preble High School Friday Night Boy's Basketball Game to raise money and awareness for the SAS Cervical Cancer Foundation.
January 19th -Interview on WBAY-TV2 with Kathryn Bracho to iscuss women's health and promote Cervical Cancer awareness month.

January 20th - Cervical Cancer Awareness Day!!

January 20th - Wine and Hooha Event at the Republic Chophouse from 5:30pm - 8:00pm all women are welcome! Only $30 payable at the event covers wine, hors d'oeuvres and a gift from the SAS Foundation. <Photos> from the event.
January 26th & 27th - SAS goes to Washington, DC!!!
SAS Co-Founder Kellie Delveaux travels to Washington, DC for the "Cervical Cancer Day on the Hill" Event speaking to State representatives regarding cervical cancer awareness and prevention.
National Events -
January 2010 -In recognition of Cervical Health Awareness Month, singer-songwriter and actress Mandy Moore, the Gynecologic Cancer Foundation (GCF) and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) are teaming up to launch the awareness campaign “Reality Check: What Young Women Don’t Know About Cervical Cancer”.

January 26th & 27th -Cervical Cancer Day on the Hill Event held in Washington, DC (Capitol Hill) is a single day when survivors, patients, caregivers, clinicians and advocates will come together and talk to there representatives about HPV/cervical cancer.

Tamika and Friends
Tamika & Friends, Inc. is a national non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about cervical cancer and its link to HPV (human papillomavirus). Founded in 2005 by cervical cancer survivor and advocate Tamika Felder, along with a network of survivors and their friends spread the essential message that through education, prevention and treatment, cervical cancer can be entirely eliminated.

The idea for the Kristen Forbes EVE Foundation was born when Kirk and Brenda Forbes lost their 23 year old daughter Kristen Forbes after a year long battle with cervical cancer. MSZ Foundation
The Marti Spittell-Ziegelbauer Foundation provides funding to receive free reproductive cancer care for low-income or underinsured women who cannot afford these necessary medical tests.
